Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Items are eligible for return only if they are returned in the exact condition in which they were sent—unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging intact.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be processed according to our store policy.

• Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return
